After 5 weeks without, we've got hot water again!!! Life is good again!
The gas Point of Use water heater rocks. Hot hot hot.
We tried ten years ago to get gas version but venting required $1500 worth of alterations in crawl space.
Electrical units required electric box upgrade to 200amps and professionals wanted $1900.
The new gas models have easier venting. Thank GOD! A retired engineer neighbor showed Allen how to install.
OFF TO TAKE A SHOWER! Without a time limit! Well, ok I've gotta work in 7 hours. ha ha.
